Sick Day

Hi ladies!!  My littlest two girls were a little under the weather last week, so when I did finally get dressed, this is what I wore.  A soft flannel, cozy (washable) scarf and a vest for extra warmth was a practical outfit when snuggling sick kiddos.  These "cash touch" scarves from Lands End are so soft and warm and come in so many colors.

When my girls starting showing signs of a cold, I began taking two of these NYR Organics vitamins in the morning and I never got sick!  I also put a couple of ounces of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 oz of water with a little bit of maple syrup and that also seems to stave off any colds!  I've also heard of putting hydrogen peroxide in your ear, but I've never tried that one.  Hope these tips can help someone as we enter cold and flu season.  Stay healthy!

Thanks for reading!
